The hotel had clean and fancy rooms, but they didn't match the pictures exactly. Despite not being soundproof, the spacious and fancy rooms were inviting. The service was kind and comfortable, with special thanks to Maria, Yilmaz, and the reception manager for their efforts. The location was very practical, close to major attractions, making it a top choice for future visits to Taksim. The dining experience offered a wide range of tasty food options, but not all guests were satisfied with the basic and untasty selections. Overall, a positive stay with room for improvement.
